A supply chain consist of all parties involved, directly or indirectly , in fullfilling a customer request. the supply chain include not only manufacturer and suppliers , but also transporters, warehouses , retailer and even customers them selves.
primary ways of adding value are
1.changing shape---- this process which impart change in shape.
2.changing Postion -- this process which impart change in postion is called supply process.
