Judgement in Indian Courts

For last few years the court in India act differently . There judgement seem to be totally irrational not at all justifiable. They fail to understand the diversity of India . Features like Culture, population, Demographic difference,regional parameter & difference . The judges seem to live in different isolated part of India where thing are right only that particular case is Wrong.

This Will lead to point where the common man will lose the faith in the Law & court. Law & court now a days seem to be Flexible more to wealthy than to the Needy . Even the government seem to be helpless in this case. It may be because they may not get sufficient time to understand the case or Work load. It is really Serious .
