Why political leader are arrogant ??

This is a common situation in India . The political leader losing there cool nature when there actions are questioned with proof. When issues that questions the integrity of the political leader arise they will join hands together to counter that.. there are lot cases and examples to site for this type of event.  Political leader become angry and use threatening statement.  Another thing the ruling party is to initiate a CBI probe . But they will announced any action to one who is a relative of the high command.
