Much Awaited election of the bihar assembly was concluded with a clean sweep by the Nitish Kumar Led grand alliance of JDU , RJD & Congress. BJP led by the PM Modi was defeated with huge margin and almost all post poll projection failed to sense the voting pattern. . BJP who raised the development issue combined with the hinduvata agenda failed to get the same number of seat that the party received last year . BJP who declared a special package ahead of Election for Bihar failed to impress the voters. It was observed as biggest failure of the BJP president Amit Shah after the Delhi election where BJP was reduced to dust. BJP relied more on the brand of PM modi while it failed to project a local leader where as the grand alliance projected mr Nitish Kumar as CM candidate . The Beef Issue , Dalit Students Death, Comments on reservations by the RSS heads have also contributed to the downfall of BJP . The Good Work done by Mr nitish Kumar have enabled the grand alliance to win the majority . The nitish kumar who have improved the law & Order , road , power system , health care in the state have got the backing from vast majority of the women voter & also from the yadav , Muslim Combinations . The RJD who became the largest party in the legislature assembly was the biggest gainer from the grand alliance . Congress also got a good share of vote and Seat . They have won 27 seats and 300 percent improvement from last assembly election.
