Raddison blue stay and chennai trip

Recently we had a family trip to Chennai. The trip started with a shock early morning call from the indigo call centre that our flight to Chennai is cancelled due to the operational issue in the early morning at 4.45 am. At 5.00 I rebooked for a new indigo flight one hour later.

We reached as per the initial plan to Cochin international airport. After completing the security check spend almost 2hrs in cochin domestic terminal before we boarded an aircraft. After boarding the flight we waited for almost an hour for the flight to take off. Finally, the fight started to roll and after 60 minutes we landed in Chennai.

Thankfully we got our luggage immediately and we came out of the airport very soon. Booked an Uber taxi to raddison blue city centre hotel. After 35 minutes ride, we reached the hotel.

Check in to the hotel was smooth and the staff took care. We were given a good room with a scenic view of Chennai city.we relaxed for the next 2 hrs before heading out for a dinner in zaitoon. The night we had a nice sleep. Early morning we had a buffet breakfast. It was awesome. Our kid also enjoys the morning menu.

The second day also we had a wonderful buffet lunch and also enjoyed various other facilities in the hotel like a gym etc.

We returned to Trivandrum on second day evening by air India flight.
