Why Oil Price Not Reduced

Why is the Govt of INDIA Not reducing the price of the fuel even as the international price of the oil have fallen down below the $37 per barrel. The Indian oil companies are now reaping huge gaains now. it is time to reduce Rs 10 for Petrol , Rs 5 for Disel and Rs 100 for Lpg cylinder. The political parties excepts some left parties no one is talking of the reducing the price. when a price is rised then the Bjp protest by calling for a strike.. why no strike no for reducing the price.
