Traffic System in Trivandrum City
The Traffic System in the Trivandrum city in generally is poor. The current system is such that all road will lead the vehicle into the M G road making M G road Stand still. The traffic Police as Well as the kerala road Fund board need to stream line the Traffic in such a manner in Kochi, bangalore etc. Where the bye roads are utilised at the max for routing the regular working day traffics. Now only the Expansion of the 2 way road in TVM City have started to change into 6 lane road . Those works need to be finished in war found manner.
There are lot of bye road in and around the state Sectrariate. The Traffic need to forced to fall that route . For that to happen in certain place one way system need to be implemented. Another Factor for traffic jam is the presence of unneccessary or not proper location of traffic signal. putting a Traffic in front of another signal without much space to hold vehicle will only result in creating traffic jam. In those Place the traffic signals need to be synchronised in such a manner that once it is green there it should allow a certain no of vehicle to cross the particular point.
Putting Traffic signal all the way along the MG road from kesavadrapuram to East fort will not be a Good solution . Time is precious and Everyone is Trying to catch the Time. By Putting more Signal Will result in More Loss in time there by making the vehiclar to Travel at very high speed or rush resulting in More accidents. It is high time that the Corporation nee to construct more no of Fly Over in Plus type Junction. So That the Time loss , accidents as well as Traffic jam can be Avoided.
There r various other option like Relocating the Bus Stand... Etc... Everyone Can Suggest ... Even I Can Suggest Ten More .. but there is no Point .. Without Action From Responsible authority ... Hope For a Change Soon ...
