The fininace minister Dr.Issac Thoma present the budget for the year 2009-2010. The Budget have highlights like providing rice at Rs 2 per kg, No new Tax plans. The budget allocate a Rs 1000 corore investment project in public and private sector curb fininanical slum. It also highlight a special package for NRI who are returing from gulf due to the finianical meltdown.I feel the budget was an extra ordinary one to meet the present crisis.
