Truth behind the SNC Lavalin Case

Today the SNC lavalin company have offical released a press statement about the SNC LAVALIN CASE ...The company says that the project was to reinstall a turbine and other equipment of a two powerplant and also do the maintenance of the third one.Because of these work done only now the powerplant is running with max capacity and efficency. But according AG report which was base for the case says that there was no improvement after the renowation. It was because the rain in those year(2000,2001) was less . This is not considered by the AG report. since it is a hydro electric project it is neccesary to compare that parameter. More over there was a probelm beyond the scope of their work one related to the pen stock of one of the power house which also resulted in loss..
The company also mentioned that the money agreed to be given to the Malabar cancer centre was based on good will. intially a small amount of 17.6 crores was given remaining was not given because the following govt(UDF GOVT- CM Antony ) failed to renew the agreement even after repeat remainder... The company also cleared that it has not given any amount of the remaining money to any person or to a political party or organisation.
