The Satyam finianicail scam is the biggest scam in India. Satyam was severely being suffering from various probelm for the last years. But the real story came out only when the founder and CEO Ramalingam Raju in a letter to board said that the liquidity, cash in hand etc shown in the last balance sheet are false and are prepared by himself. The last Bs of the satyam has a 7600 crores as recieveable and cash in hand...once the fraud came to limelight the AP govt has arrested the Raju , CFO and Auditors. The central Govt have appointed a new board to govern the firm.The new Board appointed the A S Murthy a verteran of stayam as the new CEO.
