UPA govt Presented Budget

The UPA govt have presented a railway budget and a finance budget for the year 2009-2010. However the budget was a partial one and full budget will come once the 15th Loksabha is elected. The railway budget given ticket charge reduction for above Rs 50 in all category of charge. It was a nice railway budget. However the finiance budget failed all term as it has nothing other than increasing the price of wheat for purchase from farmer. It also failed to provide another stimulus package.
